Restoration

We offer a restoration service that could make your old or damaged grille appear like new again.  Our restoration process involves rubbing back the grille to bare plastic,  performing the required repairs and preparing it for paint.  Spray guns are used to apply the various layers of materials.  Plastic primer is first applied followed by grey primer.  The grille is rubbed back again followed by the base coats, either  black or black and silver, or any colour of choice.  Excessive hours are spend during the masking process to ensure good clean lines between colours.   The grille is then finished in a matte clear coat  to provide longevity, protection to the colour scheme and give it a great look.
